BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER (B2B)

MAIN DUTIES:

1. Business Development: Plan, develop, implement, and manage BOOShirt‘s annual/recurring strategic, financial, and operational plans. 

2. Responsible for performance management, controlling P&L per the company’s direction. 

3. Develop and manage a product portfolio that aligns with customer needs.  

4. Develop and maintain relationships with business partners and customers 

5. Establish, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team, implementing effective mechanisms and training programs to achieve unified business growth objectives.  

6. Collaborate closely with the production team to establish a high-quality, efficient supply chain that meets customer demands for speed and quality.   

7. Coordinating to build inter-departmental working processes to deploy work effectively 

8. Develop a plan to implement activities and effectively manage the Marketing budget 

9. Analyze, evaluate, and report business periodical, market assessment, and ROI / performance analysis to measure plan progress and work efficiency .
